Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking an RMA Service Operator to manage the end-to-end return and repair process for technology products.

You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient processing, updates, and accurate records, while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Strong Dutch and English communication and a hands-on, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with computer systems and administrative tasks.
• Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in RMA, service operations, logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Reach truck certificate is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.
• Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.
• Track RMA cases and maintain records.
• Provide updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities as required.
