Job summary

SmartSD is seeking a dedicated All-Round RMA & Logistics employee to handle warehouse activities and administrative tasks at our Breda location. You will manage returns, shipments, and RMA processes while coordinating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You will need strong Dutch and French language skills, be accurate, well-organised and able to work both independently and in a team. A forklift certificate is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Accurate and well-organised with the ability to switch between tasks.
• Strong communication skills across customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and registering goods.
• Inspecting the condition and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Picking orders and managing inventory.
• Processing incoming and outgoing shipments and parcels handled by carriers.
• Registering and following up on RMA requests.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers about returns by email and phone.
• Applying DG labels and shipping labels correctly.
• Maintaining warehouse documentation.
• Ensuring correct storage locations for goods.
• Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and clean.
