Job summary

SmartSD is seeking a dedicated All-Round RMA & Logistics employee to handle warehouse activities and administrative tasks at our Breda location. You will manage returns, shipments, and RMA processes while coordinating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You will need strong Dutch and French language skills, be accurate, well-organised and able to work both independently and in a team. A forklift certificate is advantageous.

Job description

As an All-Round RMA & Logistics employee, you ensure that returns and logistics processes run smoothly and accurately. You combine hands-on warehouse activities with administrative tasks and regularly communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. With your structured approach, you maintain a clear overview and ensure that goods and RMA requests are correctly received, processed and followed up.

Tasks and Responsibilities

In this independent and varied role, you are responsible for efficiently and accurately carrying out a range of logistical and administrative tasks within our internal warehouse.

Most of our orders are processed through an external central warehouse. Our internal warehouse handles a smaller proportion of our orders and RMA shipments. From this location, we also arrange shipments to customers, suppliers and our external warehouse.

Your responsibilities include

• Receiving and registering goods.
• Inspecting the condition and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Picking orders and managing inventory.
• Processing incoming and outgoing shipments and parcels handled by carriers.
• Registering and following up on RMA requests.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers about returns, both by email and by telephone.
• Correctly applying DG (Dangerous Goods) labels and shipping labels.
• Maintaining the necessary warehouse documentation.
• Ensuring that goods are stored in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and clean.

What Are We Looking For?

• You are accurate, well-organised and able to switch easily between different tasks.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of French.
• You are comfortable performing both practical and administrative tasks and are familiar with tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
• You have strong organisational and communication skills.
• You can work independently while also functioning well as part of a team.
• You communicate easily and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• You are available to work full-time.
• A forklift certificate is an advantage.
