Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a RevOps professional to be the operational right hand to our commercial leaders in the Netherlands. You will run forecast cadences, own the RevOps relationship with regional leaders, and ensure a 3–4 person team delivers clean pipeline data and analyses feeding planning.

You will partner with Finance and HR on quota setting, capacity planning, and ramp structures while maintaining funnel definitions and KPI dashboards. This role is hybrid with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy or FP&A.
• Experience owning a trusted forecast and improving its accuracy.
• Close collaboration with FP&A is expected.
• B2B SaaS or recurring revenue with subscription metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes with sales leadership.
• Surface pipeline risk and propose actions to address it.
• Be primary RevOps contact for regional/segment leaders and remove friction.
• Own inputs for annual planning, budgeting, and leadership reviews with Finance/HR.
