GTM & RevOps Engineer — Outbound Motion Lead (Amsterdam)

Job summary

SevenLab in Amsterdam is seeking a results-driven specialist to own and optimize our outbound motion. You’ll audit current sales systems (Attio, Clay, email sequences), define the Dutch ICP, and design signals and enrichment waterfalls to feed accurate pipeline reporting.

In the first weeks you’ll fix the biggest issues and lay the foundations for a scalable, data-driven outbound program. You’ll report to the CCO and collaborate with the Account Executive and delivery team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and running outbound systems.
• Experience with Attio or Clay and an outbound email tool like Instantly.
• Track record of signal-based lists and enrichment waterfalls.
• Professional Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Able to work from Amsterdam office at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Audit and fix current sales systems (Attio, Clay, email sequences).
• Build core outbound motion for Dutch market and define ICP.
• Lead top-of-funnel experiments and source qualified meetings for Account Executive.
• Partner with leadership to scale segments and channels.
