Unmuted is seeking a RevOps Manager to optimize revenue operations for a portfolio of ambitious B2B SaaS clients. You’ll design and refine CRM, attribution, lead lifecycle, and signal-based workflows to ensure the GTM team acts on meaningful data.
You’ll work in a cross-functional setup with marketers, sales, and product teams, focusing on scalable, pragmatic solutions and live in The Netherlands. This role emphasizes impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.
As a RevOps Manager at Unmuted, you can have a lot of impact on our client portfolio. Almost all of them run on Hubspot. Right now, their setups are fine. But we want to bring things to the next level. As a RevOps Manager you build and optimize the revenue operations for a portfolio of ambitious B2B SaaS companies: CRM, attribution, lead lifecycle, forecasting, reporting. You make sure marketing and sales at our clients don't just look like they're working, but actually perform. HubSpot workflows that hold up, attribution models that say something useful, dashboards the whole GTM team actually steers on. You also build signal-based GTM workflows in Clay to detect buying signals and activate sales at the right moment.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in RevOps, marketing ops, or CRM implementation within SaaS. Think roles like RevOps Specialist, Marketing Operations Manager, GTM Engineer, or Marketing Automation Expert. You think in systems but know when to be pragmatic, and you have strong opinions on what a modern GTM stack should look like. You're a real professional, good with people, project management and live in The Netherlands.
You work inside one of our multidisciplinary teams. Each team consists of a RevOps Manager (you), a demand gen manager, a paid media expert, content & product marketing, and creatives. Together they're responsible for the success of a client portfolio. The week starts with the Weekly All-Hands. After that it's Claude, Notion, fast Slack threads, client check-ins, and time to go deep on the work.
