Job summary

Unmuted is seeking a RevOps Manager to optimize revenue operations for a portfolio of ambitious B2B SaaS clients. You’ll design and refine CRM, attribution, lead lifecycle, and signal-based workflows to ensure the GTM team acts on meaningful data.

You’ll work in a cross-functional setup with marketers, sales, and product teams, focusing on scalable, pragmatic solutions and live in The Netherlands. This role emphasizes impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of RevOps, marketing ops, or CRM implementation experience in SaaS.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• CRM & automation: build HubSpot workflows to save time.
• Attribution & data: create meaningful models from different data sources.
• Lead lifecycle: set up MQL/SQL logic, routing, and SLAs.
• Signal engines: develop real-time signals in Clay to trigger actions.
• Forecasting & pipeline: deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline views.
