Job summary

TOPdesk seeks a RevOps professional to act as operational right hand to commercial leaders. You will run forecast cadence, own RevOps relationships with regional leaders, and ensure a clean pipeline for planning.

You will manage a small team (3-4 specialists) delivering data-backed analyses, dashboards, and insights to hit targets while maintaining CRM hygiene and GDPR compliance across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RevOps for sales, marketing, and CS.
• Proven ability to run forecast cadence and present conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast process and consolidate inputs.
• Surface pipeline risk with recommendations.
• Lead 3-4 direct reports and manage attainment dashboards.
• Maintain funnel metrics and CRM hygiene across regions.
