Job summary

Aquablu B.V in Amsterdam is seeking an AI-native RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer who will own the Revenue Architecture end to end. The Bowtie operating model, KPI tree, and unit economics become the single source of truth for the commercial team.

You will build forecast engines, manage commission and compensation, and add an AI layer to automate routines. Fluent English and proximity to Amsterdam are required; mid-level contributor reporting to the VP GTM.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a recurring-revenue business.
• Experience owning a CRM system as the system of record (HubSpot preferred).
• Ability to design KPI trees, unit economics and forecast cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bowtie operating model, KPI tree and unit economics in one auditable home.
• Develop forecast engines across Direct, Indirect and Enterprise and manage attribution.
• Lead deal-to-cash overhaul from contract to ledger with clear ownership.
• Build AI operating layer to automate routine commercial tasks.
• Define payout workflows, HubSpot sync and quarterly Finance reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain GTM playbooks and HubSpot automations.
