Job summary

Bynder seeks a VP of Operations to unite Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one leadership. You will own the go-to-market stack, drive data integrity, and partner with commercial leadership on forecasting, segmentation and compensation design.

You will guide AI-driven process improvements, build a scalable operating model, and develop a strong leadership bench as Bynder grows. Amsterdam-based relocation is expected or preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations, commercial operations or business operations within high-growth B2B SaaS, including senior leadership.
• Proven multi-function leader with ownership of two or more of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen: ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, unit economics and compensation design.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience, CRM/CPQ transformation and data governance at scale; platform migration is a plus.
• Builder's approach to AI: using AI and agentic tooling to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
• Executive presence and ability to elevate a senior team and hold leadership accountable.
• PE-backed or transaction experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Lead one unified Operations function across Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights.
• Partner commercially with leadership on pipeline forecasting, segmentation, sales capacity and compensation design.
• Operationalise growth architecture with measurable motions and clear targets.
• Deliver Salesforce 2.0 including CPQ and wider GTM application stack and related migrations.
• Own the single source of truth with Finance and Internal Analytics for consistent metrics.
• Drive AI in operations to lift productivity and forecasting accuracy.
• Turn usage and risk data into concrete expansion and retention actions.
• Build and grow the leadership bench and raise the standard of work across the function.
• Support value creation by delivering clean operational data and performance rigour.
