Job summary

NORMAL A/S is expanding its Netherlands operations and seeks a hands-on Facility Coordinator in Utrecht to support our growing store network.

You will report to the Facility Manager at our Danish HQ, collaborate with the Dutch Country Manager, and work with a small local team to plan maintenance, coordinate repairs, manage supplier contracts, and ensure compliance and cost efficiency across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility operations and store maintenance is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across stores.
• Build relationships with Store Managers and manage local suppliers.
