Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Facility & Event Coordinator to oversee facilities across three Netherlands sites, including the HQ in Utrecht, the Duyvis plant in Zaandam, and the Lays plant in Broek op Langedijk. The role leads General Services, budget management, and IFM SPOC activities, while coordinating events and contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in a similar Facility/Office Manager role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with internal and external partners.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ability to optimize and standardize processes to increase productivity and employee experience.
• Hospitality experience and strong communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of HQ facility services and events.
• Oversee General Services budget tracking in partnership with Finance.
• PO management and budget control for General Services.
• Serve as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for IFM in the Netherlands.
• Coordinate implementation of new facility processes and contracts.
• Coordinate on-site HQ events with Facility Host and assistants.
