Job summary

DSV is seeking a Facility Supervisor in Venlo to lead a skilled technical team, ensuring safe, reliable and future-proof warehouses. You will drive structured maintenance, preventive planning, and LTMP while coordinating with Operations, QHSE, Procurement and Security across Venlo and Maastricht.

You will establish priorities, optimize resource deployment, visit sites regularly and develop your team through training and knowledge sharing. Join a global logistics leader and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Facility Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Leadership experience within a technical or facility environment (>=5 years).
• People-focused leadership style; ability to think strategically and tactically.
• FMIS experience (Topdesk/Planon); MS Office; fluent Dutch and English; VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical facility team in Venlo and Maastricht; set priorities, allocations and working agreements.
• Structure preventive and corrective maintenance; maintain LTMP and documentation.
• Oversee ticket workflow; ensure reports and maintenance are properly assigned and completed.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor technical condition and align with Operations, QHSE, Procurement, Security and suppliers.
• Develop team through training, knowledge sharing and opportunities for growth.
