L’Oréal is seeking a Facility Manager for the Netherlands Office in Amsterdam. The role requires leading a large on-site team, coordinating with multiple departments and vendors, and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace with a strong focus on sustainability.

The position is a permanent CDI with 5 days on-site presence and Dutch and English language requirements. You will manage daily operations, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement across facilities while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading a substantial team.
• Native or fluent Dutch and strong English written and spoken.
• 5 days on-site with flexibility for operations.
• Demonstrated budgetary oversight and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate across facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the on-site facility staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Oversee daily operations of all facilities, including reception, security, cleaning, and catering.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations and manage maintenance schedules.
• Monitor facility budgets and expenses with rigorous financial discipline.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
