Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Vice President, International based in the Netherlands. The role leads enterprise sales across multiple regions, shapes regional go-to-market strategies, and owns commercial performance in a rapidly scaling global technology and services business.

You will build high-performing regional teams, engage with senior clients, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, while driving revenue growth and market expansion in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of B2B commercial experience including enterprise SaaS/tech/services.

Responsibilities

• Lead international enterprise sales across Europe, MEA, APAC.
• Develop regional growth strategies and identify priority markets and opportunities.
• Own international sales performance, including new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and high-value client engagements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and industry teams to drive opportunities.
• Travel internationally to develop client and partner relationships.
