Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Middle/Senior Sales Manager based in the Netherlands to own the full sales cycle for a link-building and content creation business. You will develop strategic partnerships, prospect, negotiate, and close deals across international markets in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, a strong network, and setting revenue growth through active pipeline management and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Consultative and value-based selling.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation.
• Define ICPs, qualify leads, and identify opportunities.
• Experience with outbound sales strategies and personalized outreach.
• Pipeline management and commercial acumen.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent relationship-building across multiple industries.
• Established professional network across verticals.
• Willingness to attend 2–3 industry events per month.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Identify, research, and engage potential clients.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to generate opportunities (2–3 per month peak).
• Build and leverage a professional network for referrals and partnerships.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and decision processes.
• Prepare tailored proposals and communicate the value of services.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
• Analyze performance data to improve sales processes.
