Jobgether is seeking a Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Sales based in the Netherlands to drive outbound prospecting across European markets. You will identify high-potential accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and qualify opportunities to empower Account Executives.

This remote-first role offers an international, performance-driven environment with opportunities to grow in enterprise sales and contribute to expanding international outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2) required.
• Interest in sales development and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort with cold calling and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
• Experience with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads across European markets.
• Identify target companies and decision-makers, including executives and IT leaders.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM and monitor outreach performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team in an international environment.
