Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of CEO Office & Business Operations in the Netherlands. This senior leader will work directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence in a growing software engineering business, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

You will oversee delivery performance, financial planning, workforce management, compliance, AI adoption, and scalable processes across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Business Operations or Operations Management within a growing organisation.
• Hands-on experience in service delivery, finance, people operations, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s operating cadence, including strategic priorities, OKRs, weekly business reviews, performance tracking, and management reporting.
• Translate the CEO’s strategic objectives into clear operational plans, ensuring priorities are communicated, implemented, and delivered across teams.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations and decision-making materials for the CEO, presenting insights, options, risks, and trade-offs.
• Take ownership of decisions and follow through on actions, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Manage operational issues and client escalations requiring executive-level attention, coordinating with relevant teams to solve and resolve.
