Job summary

Best4u Media is seeking a proactive Support Manager to be the linchpin between customers and the internal team in Deventer. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, coordinate support requests with designers, PMs, and developers, and help shape hosting and email solutions.

A strong communicator with a passion for service is essential. Flexible working from home is possible, with a one-year contract and opportunities to grow into a permanent role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience at a similar digital agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English? (implicit)
• Strong communication with customers via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Help customers via email and telephone.
• Pick up, assign, and resolve support requests.
• Liaise with development team and other stakeholders.
• Suggest ideas on hosting, email, and website improvements.
• Ensure customers feel they are in the right place with us.
