Qualifications

• Passion for Linux.
• Interest in hosting industry.
• Good communication skills and helping people.
• Basic knowledge of networks and computers.
• Experience with hosting environments and control panels such as Plesk or DirectAdmin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a variety of (light) technical questions.
• Act as the link between the client and System & Network Administrators for more complex issues.
• Contribute ideas about our products and services.
• Work with new and innovative technologies.
