You will lead the full creative lifecycle—from audience research and concept development to copywriting, media buying and performance analysis—working closely with founders to shape strategies and scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise including audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying.
• Proven track record in performance marketing within agency or consumer brand environments.
• Experience managing seven-figure ad spend or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands in the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing processes from audience research to media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with business objectives and brand growth.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns to improve results.
• Continuously test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and strategies.
