Huzzle is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will own the full front-end sales cycle, from cold outreach to booking qualified appointments, identifying businesses that need social media management and content creation, and expanding our client base.

This remote role demands a hunter mentality, with outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline development to drive revenue.

Formación

• Experience in a sales or outreach role for social media management or content creation agencies.
• Ability to articulate the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners.
• Strong communication skills to handle objections and build rapport via phone/text.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting outbound KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to build a robust pipeline.
• Schedule 2–3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision-makers.
• Qualify potential clients based on budget, interest, and needs for social media management or content creation.
• Manage leads through the funnel to achieve 1–2 closed deals per week.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead status in the CRM.
