Job summary

SnackPilot, a Netherlands-based snack brand, seeks a motivated Sales / Business Development team member to strengthen customer relationships and actively grow the client base.

You will communicate with customers via phone and email, coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and operations to move deals forward, and maintain accurate sales data. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• First experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Confident and professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Very good Dutch skills required, English is an advantage.
• Very good German skills required, English is an advantage.
• Flexible working hours; remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new clients
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Following up on inquiries, offers, and ongoing sales processes
• Supporting the preparation of offers and contracts
• Maintaining customer data and sales overviews
• Working closely with logistics, purchasing, and operations teams
