Job summary

Payter B.V. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth by generating new business opportunities across the UK or the Netherlands. In this high-energy role you’ll be the go-to person for outbound prospecting and building relationships that demonstrate how Payter’s payment technology adds value.

You’ll own your territory, work with a close-knit team, and collaborate with Sales Managers to advance deals. Previous experience helps but motivation, curiosity, and a strong drive to succeed are

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales and new business development, experience is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistent, resilient, and competitive.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.
• Motivation to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and uncover new business opportunities across targeted verticals.
• Own outbound outreach via email, phone, and social to build a strong pipeline.
• Develop knowledge of Payter’s payment solutions to craft compelling value propositions.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to progress deals and close new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and impact.
• Support marketing campaigns with targeted outbound activity.
• Represent Payter with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
