Job summary

Marktlink Exit Ready is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative fluent in Dutch to engage entrepreneurs by phone and drive growth opportunities. You will work closely with our team to identify, nurture, and recruit entrepreneurs for events and masterclasses, helping shape international expansion and a high-performance sales funnel.

This role offers a freelance-style package with strong bonus potential, requires 3–4 days per week presence, and is based from our Den Bosch office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record working with entrepreneurs.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage in meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs.
• Fluent in Dutch and able to operate in market language.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek telephone contact with entrepreneurs to discuss growth and sale readiness.
• Recruit entrepreneurs for masterclasses and events for the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on international growth.
• Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the last phase of entrepreneurship.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and continuously improve.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for success.
