Job summary

Informa Markets, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join Smartcore's sales team. You’ll drive new business, engage with marketing and content teams, and sell online advertising, custom content, and editorial solutions.

You’ll build relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, use consultative selling, and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce. Travel as needed and deliver impactful campaigns across our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in digital marketing.
• Marketing campaign understanding.
• CRM knowledge with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Upsell opportunities to grow accounts.
• Problem-solving mindset to address client needs.
• Confident in delivering pitches and proposals.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Spanish language is a bonus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Find new opportunities: Reach out to potential clients and follow up to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate on campaigns: Work with marketing to generate leads and drive engagement.
• Drive revenue: Sell online advertising, content, and editorial solutions to client needs.
• Build connections: Develop lasting relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Consult and solve: Use consultative selling to address client challenges with tailored solutions.
• Create and negotiate: Craft proposals and contracts, negotiate effectively, handle objections.
• Stay organized: Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate pipeline and bookings.
• Report progress: Share updates on customer pipelines with your manager.
