Job summary

Aurora Live is seeking a high-energy self-starter to join our top-performing sales team in Amsterdam or Barcelona. You will sell access to our executive network to technology and digital solution providers, driving 1-to-1 meetings that accelerate growth and international expansion.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and be measured on results. The role offers a base salary plus commission and starter bonus, with opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• Have experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership.
• Are comfortable with proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Enjoy creating opportunities rather than wait for leads.
• Are ambitious, driven, and team-oriented mindset.
• Understand that performance comes from clarity and accountability.
• Believe winning is a team sport.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
