Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager (m/f/d) to provide centralized governance and support for enterprise programs.

The role spans planning, strategy, execution, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business value. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to steer programs through complex transformations, guided by PMI, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with strong emphasis on multi-project transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the program roadmap, plans and schedules; ensure initiatives deliver benefits and align with objectives.
Enforce methodology, budgets, timelines and quality standards; manage cross-project dependencies and risks.
Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders; integrate change activities and measure benefits realization.
Forecast, track and report program financials; allocate resources for successful delivery.
Mentor and coach junior colleagues to raise program competency and consistency.
Consolidate program status, KPIs and financials for leadership; drive process improvements.
