Job summary

Bugaboo International in Amsterdam is looking for a Program & Resource Manager to optimize project management teams aligned with the product roadmap. You'll manage a multidisciplinary team and provide key insights to enhance planning efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis skills with a love for turning complex data into visual overviews.
• Natural affinity for structured processes, administrative excellence, and action tracking.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and Product Development (NPD) processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholders across two brands and influence at a steering level.
• Highly organized with the ability to balance complex schedules with human capital.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the capacity of a 25-person multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain the product development roadmap for Bugaboo and Joolz.
• Act as secretary for the steering group, tracking project decisions.
• Organize and facilitate tri-weekly roadmap meetings.
• Provide insights into planning efficiency and team utilization.
• Monitor roadmap input quality and adhere to established processes.
