Job summary

Ohpen is seeking an experienced Program Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-workstream initiatives involving internal teams and third-party delivery partners. You will own the program from planning through go-live, balancing scope, schedule and budget while maintaining strong governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires navigating Dutch financial services projects with rigor, delivering measurable outcomes and benefits realization

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major transformation or implementation programs, ideally in Dutch Financial Services.
• Experience planning and coordinating complex multi-workstream projects with multiple teams.
• Strong program management experience and ownership from planning to execution.
• Experience managing program budgets, including tracking and reporting financial performance.
• Experience resource planning across complex, multi-party delivery environments.
• Experience owning change control processes and ensuring alignment with business case.
• Strong track record managing third-party delivery partners with clear expectations.
• Comfortable presenting program updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full implementation lifecycle from planning through to go-live and pathway into business as usual.
• Build and maintain detailed program plan, milestones schedule and critical path across all workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across Ohpen and 3rd-party teams and workstreams; manage interdependencies and blockers.
• Manage external dependencies across programs and organizational change to keep them visible and tracked.
• Operate change control processes; ensure scope changes are approved and reflected in plans and budgets.
• Ensure objectives remain aligned to business goals; flag and manage drift proactively.
• Own the program risk framework, including risk appetite, mitigation strategies and escalation thresholds.
• Maintain a live RAID log; manage risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Own program quality gates and milestone reviews; ensure delivery meets standards.
• Track and report program progress; prepare updates for Delivery Director and Ohpen Exec team.
• Lead and coordinate third-party delivery organizations; hold vendors accountable to plans and deliverables.
• Manage escalations and facilitate resolution across organizational boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

• Own and drive the full implementation lifecycle from planning through to go-live andpathwayinto business as usual

Resource & Financial Management

• Own theprogrambudget, trackingspendsagainst forecast and reporting on financial position regularly
• Ensure the right skills and capacity are in place acrossworkstreams, managing resource conflicts and working with third parties to address gaps
• Maintainprogrambusiness case integrity and support benefitsrealisationplanning and tracking

Reporting & Governance

• Track and reportprogramprogress accurately and consistently across allworkstreams
• Prepare regular updates for the Delivery Director and Ohpen Executive team,bringing clearprogramstatus,risksand recommendations
• Ensure reporting istimely,accurateandappropriate foreach audience

Stakeholder & Third-Party Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors and business leads
• Lead and co-ordinate third-party deliveryorganizations, holding vendors accountable to plans, qualitystandardsand agreed deliverables
• Manage escalations andfacilitateresolution acrossorganizationalboundaries

About You

Essential Requirements

• You haveproven experience delivering major transformation or implementationprograms, ideally within theDutch Financial Services industry.
• You are experienced inplanning and coordinating complex, multi-workstreamprojects, involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
