Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in complex software, integration, or enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and create transparent reporting on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Translate complex program information into clear governance materials, roadmap updates, action plans, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the SE Integrations program across multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and critical resources.
• Create visibility on progress, risks, issues, and decisions through clear reporting, governance materials, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Proactively identify blockers and problem areas, support root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution or escalation with stakeholders.
• Track product and technical milestones, including Gantt planning, outcomes, release planning, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Prepare governance meetings, decision points, escalations, and follow-up actions to support effective and fact-based decision-making.
• Maintain high-quality program documentation, including plans, monthly reports, risk logs, issue logs, and decision logs.
• Support migration and business continuity planning with workstream leads while preserving clear execution ownership within each team.
