Job Description
As the Global PMO Program Manager, you will be part of the Global PMO, reporting to the Global PMO Director. You will define and govern the "single source of truth" for program reporting across Innovation & Growth, Value Optimization, and Cross Program Management to provide forward-looking insights on performance and risk.
- Govern global program reporting by defining and maintaining a single source of truth that provides forward-looking insights on performance, risk, and value.
- Develop advanced visualization tools, including Power BI dashboards, to track Global/Brand "Big Bets" and regional initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
- Lead cross-program strategic reviews and 18- and 36-month outlook planning, identifying systemic risks, resources and budget capacity constraints, and value scenarios to inform long-range investment and resource decisions at enterprise level.
- Lead the PMO reporting cadence across global and regional teams, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project data and stage-gate status.
Qualifications
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Extensive Program Leadership: 10+ years of professional experience in program management, transformation, or Business/innovation Finance within a global environment.
- Advanced Academic Background: A Master’s degree is preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or Operations.
- Matrix Organization Expertise: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies without direct authority.
- Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in portfolio management and executive reporting to support high-level decision-making.
- Strategic Value Management: A proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as productivity, cost efficiency, or capability buildup.
- Analytical Complexity: Ability to operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments, integrating strategy with disciplined execution.
