Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead client engagements and oversee PMO governance for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations. This role blends hands-on delivery with high-level program oversight to realize long-term value for customers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive complex workstreams from planning through execution, balancing delivery pace with governance and scalability. A 40% travel expectation and a strong PMO background are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in agency, professional services, or SaaS.
• Adobe Experience Cloud experience (AEM/AEP highly preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements and manage project lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery, scope, timelines, and resources for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Lead complex launches with governance and ensure customer outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, risk logs, and executive dashboards.
• Capture lessons learned to feed the consulting practice.
