Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Group Director, Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional programs implementing the Adobe Experience Cloud Value Realization Program. You will guide program roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving measurable outcomes across matrixed ecosystems.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in program management, Adobe Experience Cloud experience, and a proven ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans, with a focus on executive-ready

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM/AEP) preferred.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• PM methodologies, planning, dependency management, governance; Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, CSMS, PRINCE2 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage concurrent programs aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Lead client engagements and manage expectations with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on governance and roadmaps.
• Oversee day-to-day program activities from inception to closure.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; maintain RAID logs.
• Apply AI/GenAI tools to improve productivity and delivery within program management.
