We seek a PMO and project controls expert with a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience. You will define governance, implement Primavera or MS Project, and help shape an international, compliant project culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or high-tech environments.
• Strong PMO management and project control process expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Analytical, structured, and able to operate in complex client environments.
• Strong planning or cost control experience and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of setup, management, and development of project controls for leading aerospace clients.
• Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex projects.
• Track progress and provide KPI-based reporting.
• Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete recommendations.
• Define governance frameworks, processes, and structures.
• Support project management across functions and management levels.
• Foster a project-oriented culture with appropriate tools and templates.
