Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, covering large strategic accounts (4+ years).
• Strong ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders across levels, including executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges and goals.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations addressing objections and business value.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and run interactive workshops aligned with customer goals.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, certifications, and pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive transformation deals and align with customer objectives.
