Job summary

At Atlassian, our DX team seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to drive post‑sales success for Enterprise customers, owning complex implementations and platform integration. You will partner with Customer Success to architect solutions, map long‑term goals, and deliver tailored DX workflows that scale across client environments.

You will influence product direction by collecting technical feedback, guiding deployment methodologies, and evangelizing best practices for developer experience at

Qualifications

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails or Python) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and the ability to leverage data for analytical solutioning.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation across onboarding, integrations and system architecture.
• Architecture and strategy: map DX platform into customer workflows and org structures.
• Custom solution engineering: design and build tailored solutions linking DX APIs to client environments.
• Consultative implementation: ask detailed questions to align engineering processes and deployment pipelines.
• Trusted advisory: act as the technical North Star for enterprise clients on DX analytics and deployment practices.
• Feedback loop: capture customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
