Job summary
Qargo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide customers through adopting Qargo in a remote Netherlands-based role, with weekly travel to clients across the country in the Central region. You will be their trusted advisor, helping them optimise workflows while acting as the bridge between customers and our internal teams.
The role requires fluency in Dutch and English and a proactive, organised mindset.
Qualifications
- Operational background in transport or logistics or SaaS implementation.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Guide our customers (transport companies) through onboarding, from kick-off to go-live and aftercare.
- Analyze current workflows and translate into an efficient Qargo setup.
- Configure the platform and deliver hands-on training so customers can work in Qargo from day one.
- Act as the main point of contact during implementation and ensure satisfaction and adoption.
- Support pre-sales by analyzing potential client needs and providing technical input during demos.
- Capture insights and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to optimise the solution.
- Travel regularly across the country to meet customers.
