Qargo TMS is seeking an Account Manager to manage our Netherlands client base post-implementation, building strong relationships and guiding customers toward success while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. This remote role in the Netherlands includes weekly travel to clients.

Fluency in Dutch, English, and German is required; prior transport/logistics and SaaS experience with APIs is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Experience in the transportation industry; container transport knowledge is a plus.
• SaaS experience; familiarity with APIs and integrations.
• Comfortable with upselling and achieving commercial objectives.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and German, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Manage post-implementation client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule quarterly business reviews and track client needs.
• Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for value, expansion, or optimization.
• Collaborate with support, onboarding, and product teams for seamless experiences.
• Provide training and guidance to maximize platform benefits.
• Capture and relay product feature requests and update clients on progress.
