Job summary

Qargo is seeking an Account Manager to manage our existing client base in the Netherlands. This is a remote role based in the Netherlands with regular weekly travel across the country.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch, English, and German, and bring 3–4 years of account management or customer success experience within the transport sector. You will upsell, build strong relationships, and guide customers to success.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Experience in the transportation industry and knowledge of container transport is a strong plus.
• Tech-savvy with SaaS products, familiar with APIs and integrations.
• Comfortable with upselling and achieving commercial objectives.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and German, both spoken and written.
• Willing to visit clients regularly; based in the (North-) East region of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-implementation relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Act as key account manager: schedule quarterly business reviews and follow up on requests.
• Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for value, expansion, or optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, onboarding, product) to ensure smooth experiences.
• Provide training and guidance to clients to maximise platform benefits.
• Capture and share product feature requests and keep customers updated on progress.
