Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Presales Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end IoT solution design for enterprise clients. You will translate customer needs into architectures using RFID, BLE, GPS, and API integrations while guiding clients from discovery to deployment.

Role requires hands-on deployment work, collaboration with sales and global engineering teams, and travel up to 50% as needed for deployments. Remote-friendly and high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in solutions engineering, presales, or technical customer success in IoT/SaaS environments.
• Hands-on IoT hardware tech experience: RFID, BLE, GPS, and frontend platform configuration.
• Strong API/webhook/MQTT/MDM knowledge and SQL/Excel data analysis.
• Familiar with Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL; comfortable with AI tools in workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales to run technical discovery calls and demos; architect end-to-end IoT solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical scopes and accurate implementation estimates.
• Configure frontend platforms and perform hands-on testing with IoT hardware (RFID, BLE, GPS).
• Build and optimize data integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT; manage project handoffs from pre-sales to deployment.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts; support deployment and post-launch issues.
