Job summary

Radisys is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Embedded Hardware Solutions, based in the Netherlands. You will drive technical pre-sales for Embedded Hardware products, conduct customer meetings, and support RFQ/RFP processes.

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, develop proposals, and help define SOWs and FRDs. This role emphasizes strong presentation and relationship-building skills in a regional home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in technical pre-sales for Embedded Hardware/platforms.
• Experience with Intel X86 and GPU architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and sales assistance for Embedded Hardware products.
• Lead customer meetings, POC support, RFQ and RFP responses.
• Interpret customer requirements and map to Radisys solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to address requirements and create SOW/FRD.
• Create proposals and quotes with BU support.
• Assist in technical assessment of components for configurations and customer acceptance.
• Support on-site investigations to resolve customer issues.
