Job summary

Univers is seeking a Delivery professional with a strong affinity for Technical Presales and fluency in Dutch to support enterprise customers. You will understand energy management systems, translate customer requirements, and collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure EMS-based solutions.

You will engage in presales activities, manage energy use cases, and work across energy monitoring, analytics, and IoT integrations to help clients optimize their operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy, Computer Science, or related field.
• Energy certifications (ISO 50001, CEM, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• We encourage independency, taking ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Presales & Customer Engagement: act as technical lead during presales, support opportunities from discovery to deal closure.
• Engage with customers to understand energy use cases, operational challenges, regulatory drivers, sustainability goals.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders (Energy Managers, Facilities, IT, Operations).
• Co-work with Go To Market team on RFI/RFP responses and commercial processes.
• Communicate clearly and facilitate product and technical deep dives.
