Job summary

iqbi is seeking an IoT Solutions Engineer for a hybrid role based in Utrecht or remote from home. You will bridge technical expertise with commercial needs, advising customers and supporting sales while coordinating with installation partners and suppliers.

You will translate requirements into practical specifications, visit sites, deliver training, and help optimize procurement and product feedback loops across our European operations.

Qualifications

• Combines technical insight with practical know-how for hardware and software integrations.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical specifications.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Technical Advice & Solutions: translate customer needs into feasible technical specifications and visit sites.
• Sales Support: assist sales with presentations and technical quotes including cost analyses.
• Knowledge & Training: share product knowledge and provide training to teams and partners.
• Process & Management: oversee procurement and inventory; collect customer feedback for improvement.
