Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Support Specialist based in the Netherlands. You will deliver exceptional customer experience in a global HR technology environment, acting as the main contact for HR-related inquiries and operating through a ticketing system.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Payroll, resolve issues efficiently, train customers when needed, and identify patterns to drive process improvements while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
• Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar ticketing tools.
• Fluent English at C2 level, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for HR-related inquiries via email, phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with clear communication throughout.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Payroll and other teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, actions, and resolutions in support tools.
• Keep up to date with products, policies, and changes to provide accurate guidance.
• Conduct customer training and onboarding sessions when required.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process/product improvements.
• Use feedback to improve products, services, and support processes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and adapt communication to audiences.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
