Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is assisting a global software company in finding an HR Generalist to support Dutch operations on a 6-month temporary contract. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, payroll inputs via Deel, onboarding and exit processes, and benefits administration, with a hybrid work setup in Sliedrecht.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work

Job description

Our client is a global software development company with a focus on transportation & fleet management. We are currently urgently looking for an HR Generalist to support their Dutch operations. This is a temporary role for 6-months under our agency contract.

Are you an experienced HR professional, fluent in Dutch and with good knowledge of the local labor law? Read further and feel free to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees for all HR queries in the Netherlands and have full responsibility for the day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide payroll inputs and absence administration (via Deel); and support the finance team to ensure a smooth and accurate processing of employee wages on a monthly basis.
• Ensure the onboarding and exit process is done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all employee benefits are maintained and updated as required.
• Utilize the HRIS systems with expertise to ensure data, porting and analytics accuracy for both the HR team as well as the various people managers.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international organization.
• Good understanding of Local HR policies and Dutch labor law.
• Professional fluency in both Dutch & English.
• You are confident, proactive and can work well independently.
• You are immediately available for at least 6 months.
