Qualifications

• 3+ years of regional Human Resources experience required.
• Interest in international business and contributing at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for our supported employees.
• Provide expert-level support to our clients managing client queries.
• Drive employee satisfaction and retention.
• Increase client satisfaction through quick onboarding timelines.
• Manage and audit all HR records.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law.
• Identify potential issues and support root cause analysis.

Skills

Fluency in Dutch

Business proficiency in English

Conflict handling and resolution skills

Experience in employment law

Experience working within EOR or HR Outsourcing

Experience working through CRM systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
