Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional HR operations experience.
• Experience in an international/multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with accurate documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems for compliance.
• Support payroll coordination with external providers and internal teams.
• Assist with visa, relocation, and other HR documentation as needed.
• Maintain HR policies, templates and processes across entities.
