Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of corporate strategy to train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, and guide analyses from market entry to operating model design.

You should have 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, with expert-level document craft and strong written communication. This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Lead operating model redesign workshops and deliverables and synthesize stakeholder insights
