Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced business transformation consultants to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role centers on creating and refining client-ready strategy decks, operating model analyses, and change management materials for executive audiences.

Flexible, fully remote, with 5–20 hours per week commitment and ASAP start. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for crafting clear, impactful deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop client-ready strategy decks, operating model deliverables, and change management playbooks
• Support executive communications, synthesis of diagnostics, and implementation roadmaps
